I tried to order my food last night by phone first. The lady put me on hold for over 10 minutes and finally picked up. I told I wanted to make a pickup order. She then told me that I was breaking up badly and instead told me to call back later. Her line was perfectly clear and I was calling from a landline that usually never breaks up. She then hung up on me. I went on to their website and ordered from there because I was really in the mood for hibachi even though I already had a bad taste in my mouth from our first interaction. I then made the online order at 6:03 and which said pickup 25-30 minutes later. I actually showed up more like 45 minutes later because I had to stop for gas etc. I got there and my food wasn’t done. They told me 5 minutes. As I’m standing around with about 7 other people who look furious, a man starts to mumble under his breath that he’s been waiting over 20 minutes for his order and he is one of those delivery drivers for a company. He then starts asking the girls in front how much longer and the front girl just says “not yet” like that was an appropriate answer. The guy waited 10 more minutes and asked again. Another girl said “not ready yet”. He then had it and told them he was cancelling the order because they were so inaccurate with their time that the people on the other end were mad and he wasted their time. Everyone was getting extremely upset by the waiting. I waited and waited and waited some more, each time the 3 girls at the front looking each of us up and down talking about who knows what. Finally…. At 7:47 (YES! You read that right!!!!) I received my food. That’s over an hour longer than they told me initially my food would have been done. My order was also wrong. When I got home I asked them specifically not to put onions and carrots in the veggies because of a diet restriction. And of course that it what it mostly was. I was disappointed to say the very least. We have gotten from them before and the wait was long then, but at least they got our order right. And my family was starving by the time I got home and my meal was extremely disappointing. . I paid over $90 for 3 people. We only got 3 hibachi dinners and 2 sushi rolls. I would gladly pay the price but this was extremely not worth it at all. I will not be returning. If anyone is looking for hibachi in the area, there’s another place called tanks literally just a few steps away from them in the next center. They are always quick, accurate, and fresh. I just wanted to change it up and give my to everyone in my area but I guess it’s not always deserved, and marsukawa...

Read moreI will preface that we made our take-out order during the dinner rush on Valentine's day, so that may have affected our experience. We placed our order at 5:50 and the online order system said it would be ready at 6:29. Ultimately our order was not ready until after 7pm so we did sit and wait for a while. The pork buns we got were dry and lukewarm, both the meat and the bun itself and definitely felt underfilled. The gyoza had great flavor but we're lukewarm as well. The seaweed salad was delicious, especially the sauce/dressing that came with it. The shishito peppers had way too many Benito flakes on top and were just ok. The happy rolls were great! Good texture and flavor. A lot of cream cheese though so be warned if that's not your thing. The mixed veggie roll was also delicious. The Canada roll was really good and the "fantastic" roll was good, but didn't seem all that fantastic. Overall, I think our experience suffered because they were busy and some of our dishes came out cold that would have been better hot. The dining room seemed clean and well kept and the staff was friendly. I would definitely be willing to try their food again fresh in the restaurant, but might refrain from takeout, especially during a busy dinner rush...
