Walked in to see the employees lounging around with their friends. Upon entering, there was no greeting instead there was snickering from the employees (still hanging out as if they were customers). The toppings were not refilled, though the store was not busy at all. Once it was time to check out, the cashier was very rude and didn’t have time to address us (the customers) instead she simply said the price. There was no “thank you” or “have a nice day”. Honestly, I’ve been in the past and have had great experiences here with my family, but I just went on a very busy Saturday night and had to leave without making a purchase.

As we walked in, a little girl was hovering over the toppings bar, and her hair was dragging through the containers and into the mix-ins. The staff at the cash register were not monitoring what was going on. I understand being busy, but not noticing people hovering over food and allowing their hair to dip into it is beyond the pale. I recently visited this location twice and had a somewhat mixed experience.

The positives: Service is awesome, the ladies working greeted me, and were very friendly. Parking is good.

The biggest issue with this location is their lack of staple flavors. Both times I've been there, they do not have the original tart flavor. Maybe it's been a bad month for them, but not having Sweet Cece's staple flavors is a huge letdown. The location in Spring Hill always has its staple flavors...
