We finally tried Keriyake. It was such a disappointment. First there are three different menus. One if you go to the website and choose menu. Another if you choose delivery at the google link and the third if you choose order pick up. Although most items are on all three there are unique items on each. So we decided to call in the order. Which proved a challenge. We tried to order first from the to go menu and then the direct menu. They did try to accommodate and figure it out but it was very frustrating. We picked up the order. When the food arrived it was extremely disappointing. The chicken on a stick was literally burned. The General's chicken was dry and inedible. The Thai coconut soup tasted of nothing but lemon grass. We ordered 3 rolls. All were very pretty but tasted all the same - we tried the California roll, the Nolensday and a scallop roll. There are other options in Nolensville and both are much better. I welcome new businesses to our community but not one of our dishes was finished. from the 4 year to the 53 year old everyone was disappointed. I would not recommend spending $70 for...

I had high hopes for this place, especially with all the amazing reviews. I ordered takeout today. Email stated that I should arrive at the restaurant in 30 min. I arrived within 35 minutes…I ultimately ended up waiting 20 minutes over the promised 30 min ready time. It’s a Friday night though, so I was very understanding to the fact that they are slammed. And the hostess was very nice. Nevertheless, I walk out with a good attitude, and I’m just excited to have my food and dive into these drunken noodles everyone’s been talking about. Well - I got home, opened my container, took the first bite, and the noodles are completely overcooked! Like, super mushy. I’m just so disappointed because I was really looking forward to this meal. It may have very well just been an off day, but it’s a bit disappointing to pay full price for a meal that you end up...

Parking is easy if you go to the back of the building. There is a lovely patio/breezeway with wrought iron tables & chairs for dining al fresco. Prices are comparable to area sushi places.
Keriyaki is very sensitive to food allergies and happy to accommodate when possible. And their communication is outstanding.
My only complaint is their online ordering is complicated and never seems to work right. Do you order through the website? Through DoorDash? Pay online? Pay at the window? Doesn't matter, it just frustrates me every time. So much so, that I gave up tonight and wouldn't have ordered at all except my husband sensed my irritation and called in the order for me.
The Snow Mountain roll...
