Got a dash cam at a good price from Ro's Car Audio. Installation looks great. I am planning on getting two more in the next couple of weeks. If you are looking for car audio and / or dash cam, this is the place to go.

I have NOT bought anything from Ro's, YET! But i'm already a fan. And I have a feeling i'm going to go through Ro's for everything now.

A local, and very reputable stereo company failed to address my issue with my back up camera and lack of signal and noise. They told me that my Sony XAV-AX4000 was having issues and that I needed a new unit. I have zero knowledge on car stereo. I had a bad feeling about it, so i called around. I randomly found Ro, asked for his recommendation on a brand new reciever and cameras. After a brief conversation, Ro stated that I actually had a really good reciever and it most likely just needed a simple firmware update, and that I could even do it myself. Sure enough, it fixed it at no extra cost.

He had every opportunity to charge me and fed me whatever. But, he did not. Very open and honest. I won't even hesitate the next time I need some new toys...

Sent a few emails around to diagnose my aftermarket radio and Ro was the first to respond and was the most sincere so I had him come out to me while I was at work and he got down to the root of my problem which unfortunately was a dead unit.. unfortunately a bad reputation for the brand Pyle I suppose. Went ahead and ordered a pioneer instead, called Ro back up and asked him to install for me for my appreciation of how he handled his business previously, once again he responded with quickness and within a few days he got me fully squared away with a professional and clean install. Not only was he quick to respond but even quicker on the install. Very affordable as well and money well spent for his professionalism. Huge shout out to Ro and these guys, will definitely send anyone I hear needing this kind of work done their way. Thanks alot guys. Great...

Could not control volume through my steering wheel.. (First world problems I know.. But it an option, so it needs to work) #RoFixedIt
