Amazing customer service! Very honest and helpful! Went in for a ball redrilling after thinking I needed my layout changed. He had me bowl a couple of games to find my PAP and came out to watch. Afterward, he explained how the layout wasn't the issue and recommended against the redrilling. I ended up just having some maintenance & cleaning done instead. Definitely coming back for gear...
