Worth knowing, This is coming from a long time customer of over 20 years..... While this company is capable of creating a product that can go the distance "with some longevity" it also Does Not maintain a continuous collection of popular, one of a kind, inexpensive parts to even keep their product going when you really need them.
Example and in our case, We thought that we had done our research many years ago watching everyone in our group by this brand only to find out that we now have to junk a $1,500.00 investment ALL because the company continues to operate blindly with no vision or respect for those that were there for them, no matter how many big bucks were laid down for their product or how long ago.
Maybe upper management should spend a good month during the busy season operating the customer call center and quit assuming what the customer needs from afar without even listening?
My advice to anyone interested in this brand, Move on like we should have. If they were local it would be coming back to them through the window of their CEO's office!

When Inventory Gets Low On The Popular Items That Keeps Both The Consumer & Your Product Going, Do The Right Thing For Once Or Even Something Smart For That Matter And Restock When Things Get Low! Read moreFind a Another Distributor! We went this distributor based on another sports team's recommendation. I called and was quoted a 12 to 14 day turn around on pop up banners for our soccer pitch. Sent the initial group of 9 sponsor ads the 2nd week of October and via email added 3 more roughly 4 days later. I was contacted by Craig who said that "vectorizing the art would add a week. Our Season began November 6th and we did not have the advertised product. High dollar sponsors were NOT happy we could not meet our commitment. We did not receive the product until after Thanksgiving! Today is Dec 19th and we are still waiting on the last three pop up banners to be delivered. We even paid the last three by credit card to "expedite" the process. That was more than 3 weeks ago. We have had to extend our sponsor program into next season costing our team revenue and damaging our reputation. I would highly recommend you find a different distributor. Read moreThe worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! It’s impossible to get a hold of somebody they don’t make it priority to really help you as a customer. I’m sure their excuse is they’re too busy. Yeah the product might be good but the people on their customer service team really need to Get out of that field if they’re not gonna provide customer satisfaction!! I don’t understand but this makes me want to just buy a canopy from Walmart or Costco and not their brand I’ll settle for any other brand as long as I don’t have to deal with poor customer service. this place has really gone downhill in the past few years or so.
