La Michoacana Real — Restaurant in Norco

Was my second time going there, had to fight feelings of guilt because for a very long time I've been loyal to a different la michoacana, which I still think is a lot better then any other one I've ever been to but recently they changed some things and not for the better unfortunately, I had never been to this one in Norco and it had great reviews so I decided to check it out and, hands down, my new favorite one.... The store is EXTREMELY clean and bright and the minute you walk in you are welcomed and personally greeted, they make all of the ice cream, agua frescas, paletas, and I'm sure much else themselves and they take great pride in doing so and , seriously a great place they focus allot on customer satisfaction and relations my second time here and I was remembered along with my preferences.... This is definitely my number one store now....I'll still stop in to my other store to say hi now and then lol, but when it comes to wanting ice cream or watermelon paletas, sandía agua fresca, I'll be headed to the Norco...

There were two young ladies working there, one of them was coughing all over my ice cream which I couldn't stand I gave her a cough drop she didn't even say thank you. Then when I got up to the cashier I said to her you should ask that girl to wear a mask as she's coughing all over my ice cream. She didn't even say anything so I had to say did you hear what I said she said yeah. Not happy at all. The ice cream is great I would go back again for that but if I see that those two young ladies are working there I will turn around and walk away. Maybe they were just having a bad day but they really made me feel uncomfortable. They seem like they would be sweet young ladies and again maybe just an off day it was really weird possibly because they were not feeling well. My wife just said I should probably give them another chance and hope they're not...

best ice cream shop i’ve been too by far ! employees always great you with a smile and with such a welcoming attitude , the cleanliness of this shop ! 😍 great prices for the portions you receive , definitely recommend their delicious crepes with a scoop of icecream , the banana split is also served exactly as the picture shown so delicious ! love the variety and how your food is also made within minutes ! definitely...
