When I went in on a Monday wasn't that busy and so the 2 1/2 hours that I spent painting was pure bliss. I was a little bit disappointed at first because my mug was not ready for me like it was promised on a Monday a week after I had come in and I was disappointed when I came in and they told me it wasn't ready. I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know not to come in since my mug wasn't fired yet. To my surprise the employees fixed this and fired my mug , gave me a phone call that it would be ready in one day and made everything all better. I couldn't of been more touched that they tried to make me happy. I will definitely go back again because customer service was very good and the owner Elizabeth was very sweet and understanding . Some of the paint brushes should be replaced because they are frayed a bit, but your artwork will still come...

Came here at 5:14 with 3 people. Unfortunately they denied us, and said they take their last painter at 5. However on the phone they said come in whenever, they close at 6. The employee made it sound like you can come in whenever. The front desk lady who had a slight attitude, we spoke to offered nothing for their employee giving misleading information. This was one of the best things our family has done together! We took took a class together (for 4) for our daughter's 18th Birthday. Not only were we given a great tutorial at the beginning, but Kris gave each of us wonderful individual support as we needed it. Only 1 of us has any experience, but we were all able to complete 2 pieces each. If was such a great experience, we are looking forward to doing it again.
