Ace isn’t the closest hardware store to me, but when I actually need to find something—like a weird specialty screw, some obscure bolt, or that one oddly sized bracket nobody else carries—this is where I go. Because they actually have it. In stock. In the right bin. Imagine that.

It’s the opposite of the big box store scavenger hunt, where there’s supposed to be a whole wall of what I need but somehow everything is mislabeled, empty, or hidden behind three different wrong parts.

The folks here? Super friendly. The cashiers are always welcoming, and there’s usually a couple of older guys working the floor who look like they’ve personally built a battleship out of galvanized nails and duct tape—and more importantly, they actually want to help you. No condescension, no shrug-and-point. Just real advice from people who know their stuff.

Oh, and bonus points for the artisan root beers. Didn’t expect to leave with plumbing fittings and a big bottle of something called “Kansas City Sarsaparilla,” but here we are. No regrets.

Customer service was excellent... they helped me find the right size nylon washer and helped me make the hole bigger by melting and sanding it so It can fit the piece that it goes to for my acoustic guitar... And now because of them all my tuning pegs for my guitar are fixed and now I can go on to replacing the strings and tuning the guitar at home and before I know it, my guitar would be up and running again...And also it was only 12 cents for the washer and everything else they did for me was free... oh by the way the guy who helped me the most his name is Chris (the guy with blonde hair and tall and slim) so if yall end up visiting ace hardware I recommend Chris cuz he did a great job with the task at hand.... so therefore this location gets 5/5 stars for their excellent customer service and low prices and the superior skills to take care of a...

Just moved out to Norco. Needed a few odds and ends to complete a new project. We were greeted at the door and asked right away if we needed help. We needed to replace a specific plumbing fittings. Not only were they able to help us get the right part they also gave us some advice on how best to install the parts as well. Now that is some amazing customer service. This trip was for an $8 part but they made a fan for life. Norco Ace will be my fist stop going forward. Thank you for your help this...
