Employees two hanging out BSn in first Express register. I'm trying to figure out where the the clerk went because he vanished after taking care of the customer in front of me. I expressed to the lady behind me that I was just as confused as she was. The two Cliwnswere standing by a monitor with their hinges going full blast. I expressed to the two teens that if they we're not able to be of help in any logical manner to Stater Bros customer service they should vacate the area. It's not a positive customer service environment. The two Clowns advise me that they're going on break. They have spent the last 4 minutes on company time catching up on Gurl talk I guess. I expressed to them both that I don't need or want to see Stater Bro's employees on break at any Register. So I guess stater Bro's doesn't offer a break area for it's employees. Maybe a review of the store footage would be enough evidence to show the Labor board that employees Breaks are conducted during customer service interaction at the 1 express check out. Well done on telling me how wrong I was. I'm just one person. You keep pissing off enough people you'll all have to find jobs while explaining to corporate that you litrli youngsters can operate their store any way you...
Read moreI have been shopping at this store for 30 years and have NEVER been so disrespected as I was today. I stopped by to pick up about 10 items . I used one of the scooters that they have because I am abit disabled. After I loaded up the scooter with my items I headed to the registers .As I was putting my items I noticed that I had left my wallet in my truck after just going to the ATM. I told the cashier I had left my wallet in my truck and I would be right back. I was literally gone less than 2 minutes. When I returned to the same cashier I saw that she had moved my items to the register next to hers. She saw me and said she would ring up my items right after she was done with her current customer. Instead she rang up the next 3 customers in line and then said she would get the cashier from another register to ring up my items. He had his own line of customers. I then told her I did return to her line with plenty of time for her to process my items and I was next in line. She just ignored me and gave me an attitude when I told her that. So I just left Is it too much to give someone disabled a little bit of extra courtesy. I guess so. I will NEVER...
Read moreI am a disabled senior confined to my home. My family does the shopping for me especially during the pandemic. You had NY steaks on sale which ended on Tues 8/12/20. I explained the situation over the phone to the meat dept and asked to have 6 steaks put aside for me. They promised to do so and my son went after work to pick them up around 4:00. They were not only sold out but my steaks that were put aside were also sold. He asked for a rain check and it was denied., they said they do not do that. I shopped at the old Staters with the Manager Curt for over 20 years. When I moved into this neighborhood, I have exclusively shopped at the Hamner Ave store for 11 years. If this is the way a disabled Senior and good customer is treated, I don’t want anymore to do with this store. My son called Hidden Valley store and they misunderstood his request and put aside 6 of the wrong cut steaks for me. Without asking, the meat cutter immediately apologized and gave him a rain check for the NY steaks when they come in. This is called client service. Where should...
