I am really over Walmart! I have the Walmart plus+ membership and I have asked for deliveries most of the time they were delivered accurately at my home, but yesterday the delivery person didn't even think to look at my unit number and deliver to my home but instead they delivered it to the management office and it had fresh produce in the order so I had to go to the management office and pick up my purchase! There have been multiple times that I have ordered delivery and almost every time there is always an item missing; I am so over Walmart. Not to mention a year or so ago I also ordered tires they were missing when I went to pick up whereas when I checked out the tracking and the signature they were delivered at the big Walmart on Tidewater and somebody apparently lost them or sold them on me and I paid in advance over $400. Also ordered a grill a cast-iron grill for outdoor BBQ last summer I waited over a week because they said the assembly person was not there, went back again they said they still had not come into work to put it together. I went to the customer service and told them forget it I want my money back you lost a sale I'm going to Home Depot now! I did go there and I spent almost $300 on a new Weber Grill and I'm very happy with my decision! Last week when I contacted the Walmart Corp office I mention to them about how discouraged I was with Walmart they said oh we will give you a $20 credit after checking my email and my texts I never received the $20 credit. Well they have lost a long time customer the only thing I will possibly do is continue to get gas other than that I'm done with Walmart! The only positive thing I can say is when I have ordered from the neighborhood friendly Walmart for a pickup they're always good at providing you a substitution and making sure that you are aware of that and most of the time the substitutions are more expensive and you don't pay that price sometimes, sometimes I'm even given the item for free or it is even larger than what you originally asked for that is the only positive thing I can say about Walmart! Good bye...

This Walmart isn't as bad as the other Walmart up the streets that is a larger one but they could do a lot better. I shop here because I can't stand the large Walmart up the street. They need to hire someone or train them to put prices that are correct on items. Many times I get to the register and things are priced wrong and usually more expensive than what the sign showed for that item. When I asked to speak to the person in charge to correct the error the manager never came after leaving me to wait for a long time. This has happened several times. They are more friendly here at this neighborhood Walmart store compared to the large Walmart up the street. They could do a lot better. Also, the parking lot here is atrocious! It is always filthy and there are many potholes throughout the parking lot. Don't even get me started on how awful it is when it rains it's like walking...

This shopping area is one of my favorites in Norfolk, VA; because my favorite Thrift Store is next to this strip Mall. It's called, "Thrift Store City." Shoes, Blankets, nice pieces of Furniture, Coats and boy do I mean Coats! The best time to get any coat you want is during the summer months. Boy! The fashions and prices are great. You will be surprised of the gems you may leave with. Shoes and Jeans are always available with great prices. I can go on and on about Kids clothes although I don't have kids but I am always helping out somebody's child. You should do the same! Why wait until people demand that you spend your money on holidays when you can spend your money when you have a little extra cash like today.. Pressure to do this or that is what's getting people all stressed out! Calm down people and learn to enjoy life more when you do things at your own pace and...
