I have previously shared my dismal experience and it was negative. It was deleted. Trying again. To be brief - NORMAN NERDS came to my house 3 times to connect a new printer to my computer and wi fi. Each time, after they left the printer failed to print. They blamed me for the failure - something I was doing but they did not know what. They insulted me at every turn. They refused to return a 4th time and I had payed them $325 for nothing. I then called Best Buy and scheduled a home visit. Within 20 minutes the technician analyzed the setup and determined that the printer was incompatible with my setup, and I need to return it for a different model. Karina has helped me multiple times with me computer throughout the years. A few years back, my computer had completely died and she managed to save everything on to a drive for my new computer. Today, I thought my computer had hit the reset button on itself because everything I had was GONE! I gave her a call and she simply walked me through how to fix my computer. We have been using Norman Nerds for several years. Both Eric (on site) and Karena (by phone) are simply superb in their skill, promptness, and knowledge. I cannot say enough in praise of their work.
