Suuuuuuucks!!!!
I called to ordered a pizza. A girl answered (I am assuming she worked at the call center) She talked so fast I couldnt understand her. (Red Bull, anyone ... that girls had 10!)
2 HOURS LATE! 1st hour passed, still no pizza. Not that I was surprised because I dont think the girl that took my order even heard a word I said. So, after an hours wait, I called back to see what the problem was. Some dude (I wish I had his name because he was the biggest jerk, If I had his name I would publish it - you can bet I will get names from now on!) claimed I gave them/mazzios the wrong information. I had him confirm all the info. he has in his computer - since we order pizza at least once a week! NO. Info was correct! He said he would resend the pizza right away. He was aggravated, but so was I, but I remained civil. I said Great! Thank you!
2nd hour - still no pizza! Called again, to see why! Same dude answered, stating I gave him the wrong number! I said "NOOO dude! We just went thru this! The info is correct." We battled it out again! This time, Im the one aggravated! OK! I said, Never mind! Keep the F'KING pizza! GET THIS ... within 10 minutes, someone was knocking at my door. Guess who it is! You got it! the MAZZIO's delivery guy! With a piping hot pizza, that they re-made just for little ole me ... and I was still charged for it! SERIOUSLY (sarcasm)! 2 hours late and you want me to pay for it! WOW! OK!
I paid for the pizza! Can you believe it! I dont want a 2 hour old ordered pizza. I just wanted a pizza before I cooked something else (I did not want to cook) and got ready for bed. Yeah, its was to be called dinner! So what i am I suppose to do with a pizza now. It may be hot, but Ive already ate. Thank you very much! So hot or not hot ... its 2 hours LATE! so no matter when I eat it its still going to be cold when I get around to eating it. Because I already ate dinner!
The delivery guy, by the way was very nice, but I suspected he was "THE DUDE". The same raspy voice. I could be wrong, but Im thinking no, I am not wrong. He was nice enough. Gave me a receipt to fill out a survey. I told him thank you, but I think Ill just post a google review instead. He didnt like that idea, and insisted Id get further with the survey. I told him I wasnt trying to get anywhere except fed at a reasonable hour. And a 2 hour wait is unreasonable! Then be told over and over again its MY fault! NO! (2hours DUDE, own it!)
If I can get the appropriate/applicable names (the girl and dude) I will post them as well. I think they deserve this moment of fame. Thank you for reading this. I hope this inspires better service from Mazzios, as their food...
Read moreFirst complaint would be from about a week ago, my husband and I visited this location for their lunch Buffet. We arrived around 11/1120. Not many folks inside but we assumed it was still early. The gentleman wasn’t very friendly that helped us. Walked over to get our drinks from the machine that was very questionable when the last time it had been cleaned. Pizzas were already picked over, only a small warming station across from the salad bar was being used so only about 6 options were available. No desserts. Most of the pizzas didn’t look fresh, don’t get me started on the lousy salad bar. With this place just barely opened for business for the day it looks like every thing had been there from the night before. Back to the pizzas… during the almost hr we had been there only 3 additional pizzas were brought out, one being a request from another customer. The other two were not even worth reaching for. The price was rather high for basically 2 drinks and a single pizza. With that being said.. figured it could have been an off day gave the benefit of the doubt. Maybe short handed, new people whatever. Then this experience tonight was definitely were I draw the line and will not be returning… made an order online for a calzone and family ranch. Picked up the order noticed we didn’t get the family size ranch, went back and retrieved. Got home took one bite and IMMEDIATELY spit it out. A medium size dark HAIR cooked into the food. Went back, requested a refund! I’ve worked in food industry and realize things happen but when your not taking the proper steps to make sure things like that don’t happen. This is what gets your business shutdown and you without a job. All and all like other have said STAY AWAY FROM THE PLACE!!

Read moreWouldve rated it way below 1 if possible. Placed an order for lunchtime with my family for delivery. Worst experience ever. I always order calzones four meat four cheese to be exact. This time i ordered 3 calzones and 2 came without cheese. 2nd time that my calzones come without any cheese. I called customer service and i was told give us 25 minutes and we will have ur delivery order redelivered. An hr goes by and no redelivery. I called customer service again and was told after calling the store to see where my order was at that the manager at location said if i want my order to pick it up myself. Defeats the purpose of ordering delivery if to get the correct order you have to go out of your way to pick it up yourself. At this point store credit was applied. Customer service provided a corporate office number i requested and i called no answer whatsoever. Nobody profesional to talk to. After dealing with customer service for about an hr i requested a refund. They said i have to speak to the manager at location for the refund. Got transferred over to store and the manager said his driver is the only driver and if i want my refund i have to wait for the driver to return to the store so i can get that money back. Now this is 2-3 hrs after the driver initially delivered my order. So very bad customer service. Will no longer use mazzios. Manager said “you have a history with us for making complaints” well mind you this is the 2nd time calzones are without cheese so am i not supposed to complain? Im only requesting what i paid for. WORST MAZZIOS...
