Horrible experience shopping here! They do not respect their customers and overcharge for hair products. Yes, Norristown is limited in beauty supply stores which is one of the reasons why I was have shopped here in the past but I will happily drive a few minutes up the road to store in Plymouth Meeting Mall where my money is appreciated. They did not want to give me a refund for hair that was unopened, unused, and I purchased literally 10 minutes ago until finding out that my hair stylist already had hair. I asked him to give me personal space multiple times and he refused to move. I’m not sure what type establishment you run but it is giving racist. I called my friend for my safety and immediately left. Spend your...
