Awesome customer service!! Only Metro store I go to. Jeff knows his stuff. I delt with MetroPCS by calling them, they changed my plan. Just so happened I had to upgrade a phone, went to this store & not only did I get a great phone, but Jeff said my plan was too high called in and knocked my bill for 5 phones from $175 to $131!!!! I couldn't believe the change in price he made. Definitely my...

There was a great lady, Ra Kim, who went ABOVE and beyond to help me out. We came in 30 mins before close and she didn't rush anyone. I was in a rush however I prefer good service and it was worth the patience. They had games on some of the display phones, which is awesome to distract the kids!!!

She was very patient and beyond amazing customer...

Worst customer service ever this guy kept skipping us and then coming back to the people in front of us then jumping back to people that just walked in the door after we have been in there for 30 minutes waiting......terrible and here comes another person behind us he's helping....
