I was in search for a venue to give my daughter her 30th bday party. Upon touring the hall, my daughter & I learned the owner also offered decorative services. Her energy was so welcoming & her spirit made us feel certain this was the right place to bring our vision to life before we even gave her a dime. In searching for a hall, we met with plenty of event space owners. None of them could match this owner’s customer service skills. Her patience, interest in my ideas, safety with such an important project, comfortability & trust was outstanding. It was as simple as me showing her pictures of what I wanted & discussing what I anticipated the outcome to look like. She took it from there & delivered. As time went on, I received an email keeping me up to date of her progress. I tend to worry by nature so I needlessly went out to buy things & Precious welcomed my assistance, but assured me she had all the bells & whistles under control. As I panicked Precious calmly advised I could sit back and relax. When I went into my panic attacks she was so attentive & went above & beyond no matter what time it was to calm me. She took everything off my hands leaving me with no headaches and this was so stress less. I will recommend if you are planning an event dont just rent the hall but spend the extra money and hire Precious to decorate!!!! Don’t cheat yourself by holding back thinking you can save by doing it yourself because you will miss out. Precious even coordinated with my party renters, ice sculpturer, carterer & bartender simply was a 10/10. Highly recommend and she will be used for all my future celebrations!!! We thank you...

Xperience132 is an outstanding event space. It's an intimate, clean, well kept venue, equipped with a bar area and refrigerator. The space also has an extra room, which sits right next to the bathroom, that houses a large mirror for moments where guests may need to change clothes freshen up, or do a wardrobe check. In addition to the space being outstanding, so is the owner! Precious, the owner, is personable and accommodating with excellent communication and customer service. She will go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied with your event. Along with the venue rental, Precious also offers decor services to events held at the space. She can make your vision come to life, while also adding her own special touches that will exceed expectations. Boyfriend and I decided to have our baby shower take place here. The owner had good communication and answered any questions or concerns I had and even followed up regarding the service after the event took place. I loved the aesthetic of the event space (chandelier lights, LED lights, bar/kitchen area, marble floors, multipurpose room, etc) & Prices were nice and reasonable unlike a lot of other places and includes free parking space.
