Very neat store with a wide array of products to meet the needs of certain hobbyists or just those looking to collect something cool or buy some stuff for entertainment. Theres items such as board games, toys, RC cars, model airplanes, and even Gundam and some anime figures. There is also weekly community meetup for different hobbies that they cater products for. Staff was friendly as well.

Amazing friendly clean organized store. The toy store our area needed! They have models, remote control vehicles, Legos, games, toys you name it! Great for all ages and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. There are little train tables and animal tables for kids to play at as well.

I visited to check out the available rc airplanes. They had a decent selection, although I would like to see more 50" to 60" wingspan planes. I purchased a 1.4m plane and very happy with it. Highly recommended business!

Just a fyi review, do not go here and expect good customer service, i bought a traxxas maxx with completer pack to rtr my new maxx got home and they sold me the wrong batteries, went back and i got, well you should have asked dave! In my opinion everyone in the store needs to be up to date on kits and what they include as well as what they need to be able to run the vehicle! Finally got the correct completer kit and a week later i blew a tire no big deal, went to the store today to find out that everyone acted like they did not want to help me, money isnt an issue and i wanted to get right back out there to run my 900$ total after batteries and charger rc truck and bash but dave and multiple employees could not tell me what i needed nor even try to find out what i needed to run proline belted tires, i even had the rc in the store, i planned on already spending 100’s of dollars to make my rc better but dave himself told me to comeback next week after numerous times of him not saying anything and just leaving me at the counter wondering, knowing they had what i needed to get my rc back running immediately is very frustrating. This hobbytown would make so much more revenue and make customers happier if they wernt stuck in there ways! Also i wanted to upgrade to the widebody kit but every employee including dave told me it wasn’t necessary, i dont care if the customer wants to purchase something LET THEM i will not be visiting this store anymore and will be investing in online orders! Just plan...

Now if you have seen any of my other reviews you know I don't hold back and sometimes brutally honest. I went yesterday to get a hobby grade 4×4 truck ,to see this messy store and a grouch named Dave. After over two hours of looking and watching and listening I will tell you a few things.1. If you had people picking stuff up and looking at it then placing it back anywhere close to it's spot all day,it is going to get messy! 2.They have gone to far lengths to stock as much fun inside as they can for a wide variety of different hobbies. It is not a big cold box store, it's a family friendly local Hobby Store. As for the grouch named Dave.If you had as many people coming at you asking questions while you were answering another question and other people are calling you from the other side of the store, you would loose your mind. Not Dave,he might seemed annoyed and you probably did something rude like thinking you don't have to wait your turn. You wait your turn and be polite and you will get probably some of the best knowledge and service you ever had.Dave got me the spare battery to go with my new truck and it was the longer lasting one I wanted but didn't have to ask.The fact that Dave knows where everything is in the whole place is simply amazing and I doubt you know where every single thing is in your home.Dave is awesome!!! Go visit this place,be polite, feel like a kid again and you will see like I did.PS going back in two days to get a real fast boat and maybe a trailer also to hook up...

Get in, get out, get gone.

Don't like this place at all. This was my first time visiting since I was little back in the late '90s, and its gotten much worse, or perhaps I was too young to see this establishment's shortcomings. The other Google reviews are accurate, this place is disorganized and has an uneasy vibe to it. Hard to locate things, I didn't bother. I came through the door, said good morning ,and let the counterman know EXACTLY what I was looking for. Easy sale, I knew any hobby store would carry the product in question. And as somebody who works in retail this is the best kind of customer, they know what they're looking for, if it's in stock go get it, ring it up and its an easy sale. But this guy had absolutely no enthusiasm. Perhaps he didn't take me seriously from the moment I walked in, perhaps it was from the color of my skin, but I think it much more likely from the fact I was young. I'm just a guy in my 20's trying to pick up some quick supplies.

In summary, they're the only ones around, avoid their business if at all possible, and if you do need something from them, call to make sure they have it stock. And make them go get it when you get there. Its not worth walking around the store to get your product; just wait at the front counter, and do your browsing on the internet.

Your experience here will be painful,...
