I paid with a gift card. I don't know the name of Casher. Anyway, she told me that I should pay $36 more without any proper explanation. The total payment was $78, and the gift card had $121. I told her I didn't have enough money on my gift card ?and she just kept saying the same thing. So I thought I didn't have enough money on my gift card and I paid extra $36 by debit card.but I had to have $121 on my gift card..I thought something wrong my gift card. I went to the customer service and explained my situation. She explained to me that it was probably because I bought the gift card(I bought v bucks gift card) I can’t pay with gift card if I buy any gift card.I understood her explanation and finally I see what happened., but the Casher didn't return the gift card to me.This is why I thought I didn't get $121 back from my refund item, or I got something scam,and the guy who seems to be the manager helped me with the problem. Overall, his response didn't feel good to me. I can figure out how much was on the gift card if I calculate it from what it says on the receipt, but he keeps asking me how much was on the gift card. More than three or four times, and he asked if Casher really didn't give me the gift card, he didn't seem to have talked to Casher enough, the result is that my gift card came out of the trash where she works. she had to give me the card back in the first place. But they don't have a person at the actual register only self check out before 9 am and I had over $300 worth of groceries and they couldn't pull someone to go to the register. There was plenty of workers on the floor only 1 at customer service amd 1 at self check standing there watching you check out. They need to improve there customer service and check out process. I would never do drive up pick up either they have screwed up 3 times. My mom ordered a pair of airpod pros and got it delivered . We ended up getting the 3rd gen sent to us. It wasn’t what we payed for or what we wanted. So I brought it up there. This man was completely generous and fought to give us the best outcome. We ended up having to return the AirPods and walk out empty handed. Which is totally fine because of the way we were treated.
