I’m currently renting a studio apartment here. My landlord and his property manager are lovely but the building and whoever is in charge are not! I see they are still advertising this place with a pool which is what made me write this. This is the SECOND summer I’ve been here and the pool has NEVER BEEN WORKING! I have my doubts that it will be open by next summer. The people “in charge” are never available to see you or answer questions ( about the pool for instance) even when they are sitting in the office with the door locked.
