Pawsome Retreat — Local services in North Bay Village

I've been taking my dog to Pawsome Ever since she was a puppy. She had her first grooming there and I was beyond satisfied. I then had to travel a few weeks later and was anxious about the idea of traveling with her so I boarded her for the weekend. The staff was amazing and reassured me the entire time with photos and videos and updates. She was having a blast. Moving forward I would drop her off for daycare where she would be so excited she'd run inside and forget I even existed. That told me a lot as to how they treat her and how she loves it there. Ever since then, I've stick with Pawsome for grooming, daycare and hotel service even though I recently move and live a big further. I recently brought my dog, Charlie Brown, to Pawsome Retreat, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I called, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and ease my concerns, especially since Charlie suffers from severe anxiety and tends to cry a lot.

Cynthia and Monica in particular were amazing—patient, understanding, and truly dedicated to providing the best care possible. Their outstanding customer service made a big difference, and I can tell they genuinely care about the pets they look after.

I absolutely love this place! I used to bring my dog here for years before she passed away a few months ago, and we always had the most amazing experience. She was never stressed and always happy to come back. Today, I visited with my new puppy, and once again, the service was fantastic!
