I have worked for many major recruiting agencies throughout my career. I can say that my experiences with SherlockTalent are truly some of the best I have ever had. I have never once worried about getting paid, getting a job that was unstable or had to worry about receiving low pay. In fact, my rate has typically been 20%+ higher while working with Sherlock. I have also had some unique opportunities to work way over 40 hours per week if I wanted to make extra money. Finally, no other agency has ever gone to the lengths that Sherlock has gone to help during emergencies. EXTREMELY and PROFOUNDLY unprofessional; disgusting! I do not recommend this agency because it is HORRIFIC on 'Follow-Up'. I.e., when Alex believes he does not have a placement in hand, he does not follow-up on calls; he goes off radar; absent for weeks; abominable. Among the worst in recruitment that I've experienced; what does it take to just return phone calls, respond to emails? If you're an employer or candidate, DON'T waste your time! Recruiter disappeared in middle of interview process with employer. Left numerous voicemail and email. No answer from main phone number. Laughable! You need to be Sherlock Holmes to communicate with them!
