I started services with this company because I purchased my first home from a real estate investment company that used their services. My equipment was outdated and never worked for the two years that I lived in the home. I recently sold my home and the company would not cancel my "subscription " because my contract was for 5 years and I would have to pay the full balance to cancel the contract, absurd. I elected to not address the issue because I was tired of them. Meanwhile they keep charging my account. Run away from them as fast as you can. Absolutely dishonest. Took close to $500 panel deposit for a none binding contract and next think you know, you have a 60 or 36 months contract. Their sales person has the same last name as the company and totally misleading. It is safer to leave your doors open for strangers than letting King rep come to your privacy, specially in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. We recently had an upgrade and will continue our relationship with the company for the foreseeable future.
