Our experience with this ski school was extremely disappointing, and the first class was nothing short of a nightmare. Shortly after the lesson began, the instructor abandoned my son in the lodge and never returned to check on him. Despite us being nearby, she failed to inform us of the situation, and we only discovered what had happened when we arrived to pick him up at the end of the session. My son, still in his ski gear, had been crying for nearly the entire time, leading to dehydration. As a result, he learned nothing from the first class and struggled to keep up in the following session.
After just two sessions, we had no choice but to withdraw because the instructor continued to ignore him, completely destroying his interest in skiing.
