Denny Creek is one of the staple hikes around Seattle. It's extremely popular since it's so close by and so easy to hike. However this means you get tons of people going, with lots of people who don't necessarily care about the outdoors but want to take pictures for social media. I'm all for taking pictures, but would prefer them to not leave trash all around and pick up after themselves and their dogs. Unfortunately that's the reality with easy hikes like this though. If you're looking to do this one, go during the week so you have a better chance of not walking it all behind dozens of groups of people.

Denny Creek is a nice creek to visit and photograph. Good hiking trail along Denny Creek to Keekwulee Falls. Good hiking trails nearby. Denny Creek is near the Denny Creek campground.

Love this trail. Everywhere you turn is lushly green. Towards the end of the trail is the creek and the falls. Give yourself extra time by the falls. It’s such a hidden gem.

Looks like a really nice campground but I've never stayed. A scenic alternative to I-90. If you turn on "traffic" on Google Maps, it shows that this road is closed, but it is not. Verified...
