Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Do not go here!!! I brought in my 2015 Honda fit for a amp and sub install. I had a JL audio amp and a 12w6 sub.($800 sub). Had an appointment at 2 pm. Dropped the car off at 10am. Went to pick it up at 4pm. Still not ready. Waited two more hours. When i finally get in the car to leave i turn on some music to test it out (typically an associate will be in the car to ensure you are satisfied.) I get in the car and the sub is not working. I tell them about it. They take a look and after another 30 min they come and tell me the sub is blown. Mind you they charged me for a bench test. I was upset, but the owner was there and quick to get me another (at this point i obviously assumed no charge.) The sub he tried to give me was a $250 sub. I told him that i would prefer the same $800 sub. Which the owner was quick to take action to look for a replacement. (I still assumed no charge). I left with reassurances that this would i be rectified. After two days of no action i decide to give the $250 sub a try since it had great reviews and im a pretty easy going guy. No hard feelings for blowing my $800 sub. ( I still think there is no charge). I show up and they get me a new ported box to go with the sub. I started typing a great review. Thinking ehh it is a third of the price but at least hes owning up to it. After the install they meet me outside to verify that i am satisfied as expected. The sub sounded great and i all was forgiven. I go in the assumed to just get a recipt. The guy at the counter says "That will be $405." I looked at the owner and asked if he expected me to pay? He laughed and said "Well yeah". Needless to say i was very disappointed and had them remove the sub. The owner gave all kinds of excuses and refused to own up to his company's mistakes. Please do not give them your business.

I've had 4 vehicles done by Audio Evolution over years. Three had audio work and two had tint jobs. They have always doen exemplary work, but most recent was WAY BEYOND my expectations. I took my vehicle to them to replace my stock speakers. They took me through a few different options, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. I explained my concerns about the installation and specific needs based on how the vehicle is used.

Audio Evolution had all the components I wanted in stock, and they were able to start the job immediately. I left my vehicle at the North Charleston shop, and the owner Jay drove my wife and I back to our house, instead of us having to take a cab. (Obviously we did not expect to get the work done this soon) The complete job took 2 days, this is not something they just slap together, if you want fast and dont care about a quality job go somewhere else.

The installation and keeping the abilities the vehicle had from the factory is amazing. The custom fabrication to ensure everything appeared and stock as possible should be a show piece for other shops to learn from. Chase took the time to ensure various types of music sounded great...he did not just make it loud. The sound is clear no distortion.

Let me take a second to take my hat off and give my flowers to the people at Audio Evolution. Jay and Matt are without a doubt the nicest, most skillful, and professional individuals I have met in years. They literally bent over backwards in order to help accommodate the issues I was having by fixing and upgrading my car stereo instantaneously on the spot. There is no other establishment I will be going to other than Audio Evolution moving forward! They have a wide variety of products at the BEST prices I have seen in the last 10+ years. It would be a crime to shop at any other car stereo shop in the Charleston area than Audio Evolution. 5/5 stars Is a complete and utter understatement, if I could give these guys 1,000,000/5 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I will definitely be coming back to ONLY their shop, even though they set me up with the most professional system to which I may not need to come back for years to come.
