Atlantic Bedding and Furniture Retail Warehouse — Local services in North Charleston

I have dealt with this company three times now and spends thousands with them, they won’t get anymore of my money and I recommend you look elsewhere as well.

They may be fine to buy from when everything is good but if you have a problem expect to get the run around. They made us bring the defective stand back to their showroom and then we had to drive to their warehouse to pick up the new one. We were also told by James, the manager, that they were ready for us at the warehouse and waiting on us. When we got there and not only were they not ready for us, they weren’t notified we were coming until just before we got there so we had to wait.

Derrick and Mike had to drive over an hour to deliver to our home. They called like we were told they would, and arrived on time. They were polite and friendly and very careful with our furniture. They carefully unwrapped and attached the legs and placed our pieces in our living room as if it were their own! The whole time, my husband passionately shared his knowledge and life experience from 1974 until present time and they listened patient and without complaint!! :) When they left they were thorough in cleaning up and making sure they removed all the trash that came wrapped around our pieces! This warehouse is run by people who are extremely knowledgeable on all things furniture, they make it a personable experience and don’t just treat you like a customer. I tell everyone to come here for all things furniture related because of how professional and welcoming they are. The tall bald man has a certain charming spunk to him which makes buying furniture fun and not a boring experience at all.
