If I could put 0 stars I would. I’ve had multiple issues with this place and I’ve tried to give them chance after chance because they are conveniently closer to me than any other Thai restaurant. I’ve had to call them out on their inconsistent pricing through Google, their website, and other websites/apps. They’ve given me the wrong food order twice, and now today was the final straw. I called into the restaurant from the restaurant Google info, spoke to someone who accepted my order and told me it would be ready in just 10minutes. I was down the road and arrived by 830pm. Their door sign and Google both state they close at 9pm. I waited at the drive up door (lobby is closed for dine in) despite all the lights looking to be turned off, except for the kitchen, which I could see people in and out of. I still politely waited, tried calling the restaurant, and finally tapped on the drive-in window when I saw somebody leaving the kitchen.

This male employee came to the window, I explained I had been waiting 6-7min at the window, calling the restaurant which is clearly closed despite my call and order coming through, and it being acknowledged, and it stating online that they were not closed yet. He had the audacity to smile, and chuckle in my face, asking if I had spoken to a male or female over the phone, and that I must have not have spoken to this particular restaurant. When I pulled up the restaurant on Google, and showed him the establishment I pulled up and called, he confirmed this was indeed the place. I will never return to this place. I gave the employee a note as I had already written this in the last of the 6min I waited to be tended to, and left.

Never to return. Take your money and fine business to Thai Elephant in Summerville, or Basil in N Chas. Not only is it better. The convenience of this place is...

I gotta say I used to eat here at least once a week, then it turned into at least twice a month, then it turned into at least once a month until they get their crap together! I am totally fed up with spending my money and my time coming to this place, and it continue to skimp and destroy the product that they originally started with two years ago when I first came here. I ordered the seafood Pho and It came with 3/4 of one scallop, three mussels , And zero shrimp. When I complained to the waitress about it, she went to the back without issue and ass, and all I could hear is the woman in the back screaming at her and then she came back and told me that they gave me four scallops and two shrimp. I showed the young lady as I rifle and scraped through the soup to find any more mussel any shrimp and Showed her, the 3/4 of a Scallop that was served to me. She went back and got yelled at again. Then they bring me out yet another 3/4 of a scallop and said the chef said this is all you get. I never blame the waitress. I tipped her well she was awesome, but I will not come back to this place until they go back to the root of what made them a great restaurant before. I’m very disappointed I’ve spent hundreds upon almost thousands of dollars at this place if not more bringing friends family just to experience what they had at the time. Bring back what you want because right now you...

We are new to this area and ordered delivery through Uber Eats. I called in advance to make sure we would be able to get our pho ingredients here fresh and the rare beef not already cooking in the broth before I placed the order. I added into the notes section to remind them I had called.

There was no mention of extra fees for what I asked, so adding $4 (plus tax) for a couple of little sauce things that are unlimited if we dine in and asking for the basil & cilantro and meat to stay freshly packed not in the broth so we can properly heat and cook in the meat when it arrives is just ridiculous.

An extra 4 bucks on an order we already paid over $60. the total for 2 people ended up nearly $80!! We could have upgraded both of our soup to large size for that price.

Also, I agree with the previous review I see here that they are not as meaty as most other places we have ordered from either. An additional $4.52 elsewhere would have at least doubled the meat...not just some measly little sprigs of herbs and sauce.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

That's the kind of thing that will lose our business forever.

We spent 79+ bucks for this delivery.

2 soups 2 appetizer and one Thai tea

I expected much better than mediocre. ...

Sitting there with my boyfriend we agreed that the best Thai/fusion types of places always look a little bit like just a hole-in-the-wall ho-hum kind of thing. This place fits that description, and is indeed one of the best restaurants of it's type. They have options for Thai, Hibachi, Vietnamese, Thai Noodles, and Curry (doing this by memory, there may be more), and I love that they have pho! Couldn't decide which variety to get of that so I went with the old classic Pad Se Ew pork. Fantastic! Vegetables were a tad al-dente but that's exactly how I like it so worked out perfectly. Spring rolls were "as advertised," I'm not sure how to dress up something that simple but I'm sure you can mess it up easily; these were exactly what you want when you order spring rolls. Boyfriend tore into his hibachi chicken and shrimp dish. In his own words, "you know I love it because I ate the whole thing without even thinking to ask for white sauce!" Oh, and the hot tea was purrrrrfect on a cold winter night. Great little place. TL;DR: excellent mix of options at a price that isn't at all shocking, wonderful taste and flavor and quick, friendly service.

Okay, so I’ll be the first to admit I was a little concerned when I saw the location, it does look very dated on the outside/inside and there weren’t any other customers. I decided to just take a leap of faith and so glad I did! The reviews are spot on. I ordered the meatball pho and it was delicious! The broth was spot on and the flavor was phenomenal. The deep fried spring rolls were good, the sauce was okay. About the same as most places. The only critical opinion I have is on the basil spring rolls - they are HUGE. I know what you’re thinking...that’s a good thing. I thought the same thing too. Unfortunately, it makes them very difficult to eat without them falling apart. Being so large, they couldn’t really be rolled tightly enough to stay together. Having said that, the flavor of the rolls and the peanut sauce was AMAZING. This was a great find while I’m in town and if you’re looking for some yummy Vietnamese - this is definitely a winner and you won’t be disappointed!
