Nine 20 Furnishings & Design House — Local services in North East

When I hired Dawn from Nine20 Design House to repaint my cabinets, kitchen walls, and bathrooms, I assumed I hired a professional. I was wrong. She removed my kitchen cabinet doors on May 28 and then decided to walk away from the job completely by mid-August. Throughout the “process,” she would state days that she would be onsite and continually not show, and not respond to calls or texts for weeks.

My kitchen was ripped apart for months and she was no where to be found. My husband resorted to showing up at her shop so we could at least get our cabinet doors back.

After we parted ways, the new painter I hired evaluated her work, outlining all of the spots she missed, trim that was left unfinished, etc. It was a mess.

I don’t want anyone else to deal with a situation like this—her behavior (and work)...
