Mazza Boutique — Local services in North Haledon

I finally made the hour trip out to Mazza Boutique after seeing them advertised on Instagram! I originally was going to order online but once I saw they had a brick and mortar store not too far, I decided to take a day trip up to the store. Let me tell you, it was a fantastic experience. I was treated with kindness and the owner Nada, who was there packing orders, kindly stopped what she was doing to help me create a necklace stack. I really appreciate her taking the time out of her very busy day to accommodate me coming in. The store was also very clean and looked high end. I wore the necklace stack to work a couple hours later and did not stop receiving compliments from clients and co-workers. As for the jewelry, it seems very high quality for what I paid for all 3 pieces. I was advised to just be careful and take good care of my new jewelry, which I always do anyway, to make sure they meet their full longevity. Leaving the store, I felt so satisfied and beautiful. Walking into Mazza boutique is like being transformed into every girls fairytale. You won’t know where to begin. Every time I walk in here, I end up staying for over an hour. The jewelry is of the best quality and the compliments are endless. I have people stopping me at the bank and foodstore complimenting my jewelry. The boutique itself is absolutely delightful and so girly, almost like you want to stop for a quick photo op lol. The owner is so sweet as well as patient and knowledgeable. The best part about this place is I never need to worry about what I’m going to gift someone for an upcoming event or a birthday because Mazza has it all when it comes to jewelry. I never write bad reviews but I'm just disappointed in both the quality of the jewelry as well as the customer service. I've ordered from Mazza Boutique online three times. My first order was great and the necklace lasted me for years before the gold started to tarnish. In my last two recent orders, both pieces of jewelry broke within the first day of wearing. I contacted customer service and have not heard anything back. At this point, you might as well get your jewelry from Shein. The quality has gone down...
