Do not go here!! This place fell off! I used to love it here for the sangria and delicious burritos but the service and dishes have certainly declined. First off, there is valet parking in a parking lot that's probably 10x10--an obvious money grab. It felt so silly and pointless to have a man walk 10 ft to my car to get it for me when I can do it myself. Second, the wrong food was brought out twice. The first time, my friend touched the food so they said we could just keep (it was the correct dish but for the wrong table) so we all ate my friends dish together while we waited for the rest of our food. Not a huge deal but then they did it again bringing the wrong fajita dish to my other friend. She didn't touch the food but they didn't ask and took it away to bring to another table--for all they knew my friend touched it already. The burrito (which was always good in the past) was drowning in cheese. The soups were so incredibly salty it was inedible (black bean and tortilla soup). This is coming from someone who likes salt. They took the soup off our tab since we mentioned the salt but then they automatically put 20% tip in our total....I have never seen a restaurant do this for a table of four. It would have felt less deceiving if there wasn't a spot to add additional tip when we got the bill back. You could have easily missed the 20% tip automatically added and gave more of a tip. Food was OK actually good but not best as to get reviews it deserves. The problem we had was with service. Server asked if we need more chips and salsa after the first time it was served, we said OK. After finishing our dinner, we requested server to have something to wrap our leftover tortillas and he came back with different tortillas. We thought, it is very generous of him to give new tortillas instead of taking leftover home. Guess what, our server charged us $10.00 for chips, salsa and tortilla plus tip for 4 people. We thought it is fine to charge for chips, salsa and tips but thought to talk about tortilla as it was either mistake or miscommunication. We went to the reception counter to look for our server but another server was there. He saw and immediately told us us why you have charges for chips and salsa? He also said that we don't usually add tips for party of 4 people. That ruined our experience as realized that we were intentionally charged for those items. Not sure, either we were specifically discriminated or it was issue with the server but felt very bad when we left the restaurant. The food was really good. The drinks were huge and not too expensive and a good amount of alcohol. Although this one MAJOR thing is why my friends and I are never coming back. The valet driver was was HORRIBLE. Their whole valet system is out of wack. They don't give you a ticket to keep track of your keys. They don't lock your car and they put your keys on the windshield for literally anyone to take. When we questioned the valet driver, he was rude, abrupt and quite aggressive and said if we didn't like it then we could "turn around and leave and call the owner." All we wanted was for our cars to be locked. He said he watches the lot or whatever but he ended up being at the bar inside while we were eating. Clearly not something you want your valet driver to be doing. Also to mention that the parking lot is literally a max of 20 spots. No need for a valet driver??? Especially a rude one. It just feels unsafe to leave my car unlocked and unattended. And for that, I'm never coming again! I recommend anyone planning on coming here to either park at the church and walk over or literally don't go because they don't lock your cars, or keep track of them and keep the keys on...
