From a 3-season pool to 24-hour workout facilities to ensuite laundry and garages for every place, nothing in the area beats their amenities. Maintenance is quick and satisfactory. Submitting maintenance requests on the online portal is easy, and they have never taken more than a day or two to address my own submissions. I am impressed with management. Re: other upkeep, everything meets the high expectations that they set. The grounds are well maintained, with plenty of open grass and surrounding forests. The 2 dumpsters rarely fill up before they are emptied. There is adequate parking for guests, with overflow parking available. They even offer next-door storage facilities if you need to rent additional space.

Living quarters are well laid out. Each room has a ceiling fan, plenty of outlets, and often one or two hookups for a router. If you want to set up a home office, you can place your router in any room. There is plenty of natural light in each room. I was easily able to host a brunch with 9 people in my living/dining room. The appliances are older, but they work well. (One bonus is that their microwaves can actually be muted.) Every room is carpeted, and my carpeting was completely replaced before I moved in. I have been told this happens every time a new person moves in. They are pet-friendly with a deposit and additional costs.

When I moved into the Berkshire Apartments 3 years ago, it was with the intention of staying for a year. Here I am 3 years later and just signed on for a 4th year. I just can't imagine a nicer apartment complex to live in this area. The management and staff are friendly, courteous, and if I have any issues, they respond immediately to take care of whatever needs to be done. The complex is set in wooded surroundings and the apartments and landscaping are beautifully maintained. It is so peaceful that I sometimes find myself sitting in the trees, reflecting on the beauty of nature and the wildlife in the surrounding woods. Although the apartment complex feels secluded, quiet, and peaceful, everything that I need is within a 5-10 minute drive; gas stations, banks, grocery stores, doctors, dentists, hospital, dozens of restaurants, the mall, etc.. The apartments offer a well maintained fitness center, sport court, and swimming pool to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The Berkshire Apartments are very well suited to my lifestyle and I would highly recommend the Berkshire to anyone interested in leasing...

I moved into the Berkshire in January of 2019. Due to a personal situation, I needed a new apartment fairly quickly. As you can image, trying to find an apartment during the holidays isn't very easy. From the beginning of my search in mid-December, the Staff at the Berkshire has been very pleasant and highly responsive at all times of the day. During the time that I've lived here, I have had 2 or 3 very minor needs in which were resolved within a few hours or no more than a day. I also reside in a furnished apartment in which I lost cable during the Post-Season Baseball Series. At 8 or 9pm, they responded to my request and spent over an hour on the phone with the cable company. In a separate instance, I requested the mattress be replaced due to normal wear, which was done on the same day as the request.

In short, the Staff at the Berkshire spare no expense of cost or time to resolve issues and please their tenants. Customer Satisfaction is a CORE VALUE of their organization. Highly...
