I bought an HP touchscreen, I'm not a computer person and I don't have the proper computer language, I'm just a woman with a laptop. My granddaughter stomped on the screen (she disagreed about screen time and acted out) so the computer sat for MONTHS. I called several people about repair cost and ALL but PIT told me I'd have to bring it in and stated there would be a price for the inspection. Tracey from PIT quoted me over the phone after giving her the model number. She told me this price over the phone was a guesstimate but it gave me a ballpark to work with. I sat on that knowledge for several more months and decided to just do it, but because it had been so long I had forgotten what shop I had called. So, I got on Google reviews and called the first shop that came up; the man who answered was extremely short with me and disrespectful when I explained that I had been given a quote earlier. I am SO GLAD I followed my instinct and continued calling. AS SOON AS Tracey answered I knew it was the RIGHT place! Soooo, I was told it'd be probably a week after drop off, which made me laugh because what was another week? I dropped it off on a Wednesday, she called later and gave me the price after they checked it out, I approved it and BAMMM, I picked it up on Friday. Only one full day of wait time. This PIT Computers Inc, yeah...quick, efficient, friendly, and all at a GREAT price! What more could a customer want? The service is top notch! I'll never go...

My son is a student at Marietta College in Ohio which is about 25 minutes away from this location. He was in the middle of mid term week with tests and papers on his apple mac laptop. The laptop crashed. We live in PA and could not be there to help him and the nearest Apple store is 3 hours away. I called PIT computers and they had him bring the laptop in that day. They said usual turn around is one week. They had this fixed the next day for him. I can not say thank you enough about the great service and people I spoke with, especially Brandy and Tracey. What a great company and experience taking care of local and out of town customers....

When I moved into the area 10 years ago, I had no idea where to take my computer to for repairs. I called a few placed and pIT was the friendliest on the phone, so I decided to take it there. They were super friendly the first time I walked in the door. Once they looked into my computer, they called me to let me know what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it. I have always been treated with respect, and they stand behind all their work. They can be trusted with all your private information, and I've even had them over to my house to work on my network.
