Heathers Diner — Restaurant in Wheatfield

Took my mom to eat here when I came to visit and she don't eat hardly anything and we was going to share a omelet. We was told we was going to be charged a $3 sharing fee never heard anything like this at all we told them we would share a plate. But did not matter. Will never come back. My mom's and neither will she. Sad because I do like there food. We'll the owner came to use and told use they have to clean after people that's why but we was paying for a tea and we told them we would share our plate. What if some one could not afford 3 for sharing food. We'll while we was sitting eat our food the owner came up and asked what was the reason for the bad review. I live in North Carolina and travel to demotte/wheatfield to visit family and everytime we are here my kids request to go to heathers! Food was ABSOLUTELY delicious!! Came out hot and fast as always!! Staff was amazing as well, filled my coffee without me having to ask and made sure everything was as we requested! Great service. Food comes out piping hot. Restaurant is a bit small but nicely decorated and very clean. The menu is varied but I always have the fried chicken since its my fav. Crispy and flavorful.
