If there was a place for 6 stars, it'd still be too low. Jeff Stowers and family are absolutely rocking the home-grown meat market! From the moment you walk in, the smells from the meat counter draw you through the store, and you'd better be ready for some great eats: brats of several different flavors, all homemade by the crew in-house. Steaks and chops--smoked and stuffed, bacon to die for, and beef roasts that look amazing! It's simply the best place for me to get my meats, cheeses, and so many other treats for my grill! Outstanding Small Town Market! They have a fresh produce area Plus all kinds of other grocery store items. But, the highlight is the full service meat counter. Lunch meat, homemade salads, about 25 different kinds of brats. I've never had a bad brat from there! Fresh cut pork and beef and chicken. If you don't see the steak you want they will cut one to your specifications. When I go they cut me a 2-inch ribeye! Their country breakfast sausages the best I've ever had. Came in because of a recommendation and having read previous reviews. People were spot on. I didn’t shop much other than the meat counter but appreciate the assortment of spices, rubs and flavored cheese. I was there mainly for brats and was not disappointed. Counter staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the wide variety of flavors. I settled on sweet & spicy, jalapeño cheddar, Philly cheese and blueberry to celebrate Blueberry Fest with family.
