DG Market — Local services in North Las Vegas

I only gave it a star to write the review. So here goes! Very poor service I wasn’t expecting more from dollar general but I am a regular at this location #13600 today was top tier disrespect, from a old African American lady whom I’ve never seen work there before as I say I’m a regular, was a regular because after today I’ll be going to another location ok. But as I approached cart full and start to put my groceries up, she looked me in my face and stated in her words I won’t be lifting those bottles (lemonade) keep them in your cart, with attitude! Because she have her own issues. She’s a cashier do your job! I’m off work shouldn’t have to do yours too No Thank you!!! It was not a nice greet nothing! It was by far the worst interaction I’ve had ever!!! So after she scanned the lemonade she proceeds to say leave the others in the cart ok, but she double rung an item (which I had to come back into the store) and also forgot to ring the items in the cart. Like what was wrong with me handing her the item to scan it always worked but she failed!!! She could Learn from Walmart! She was not nice at all and that should not be acceptable dealing with customer issues she is not it!! She proceeded to make smart remarks so unprofessional!! I will be following up with actions regarding this employee. What a joke and unprofessional! If she is a cashier she needs to learn how to great and smile. I am in the review business and I do not tolerate rude customer service ANYWHERE! A smile goes a long way! Let’s avoid the negative reviews because the reviews...

Don't shop.there. there young employees are not fare or perfonal one nite I shop therenow the young and I were handling my stuff and one of the females came over and start coming on to him he do I h his job and told her to go do hers instead she starts passing me bags I told her I do t need her to do that we have it the first.half of them was payed for the second half I had to come back get. So when I bring basket in she go tell me to bring them all in I told her I wasn't go do all that extra work I have my receipt I told the young man I be right back to get the reast I just had to go home and get more money than she told me don't ever come to store again I said no problem and main you I was a regale and spend lots of money in that store it there...

Food was overpriced for men, like myself, who have large appetites... they assured me a $20 plate of shrimp scampi was plentiful... turned out to be an ordinary $10-$15(tops) plate at other places I been. The drink selection was decent, they looked at me like a little kid and asked if I was over 21 and still ID'd me(I'm 38 years old)... This is definitely a place for much older people who won't have to be looked at and questioned about their age and don't need an extra large serving of food for the insanely priced items that are mediocre and so-so as far as the quality... if they would've made a good size plate of food I'd be nicer about this 2 star rating I'll give them(which is still half a star too much) after my dissatisfaction with...
