La Herradero Meat Market — Local services in North Las Vegas

I stopped by La Herradero Meat Market while doing an Uber delivery and ended up having a great experience. I met the manager, and we had a nice conversation partly in Spanish — super friendly and down-to-earth. They have an amazing selection of meats and food, everything looked fresh and well organized.

Another location for their pizza lunch delivery had messed up an order, so I went out of my way to fix it myself off the clock while doing a food order delivery. The staff here were so appreciative and happy that I cared enough to make it right. Honestly, I would do it again — that’s how good this store is. You can feel the pride they put into their business and their customers. Sometimes you have be willing to die for something amazing but live and find a hidden gem and if life rolling you lemons maybe it send a million...you never know🤔

Probably not the safest part of Las Vegas yet when you enter the market, whoa! Hello clean market!

All the shelves perfectly aligned, produce GLEAMING and abundant, service staff welcoming, but most of all, the meat selection - we were amazed! Check out the pictures attached!

On this day I visited with one of the most frugal people walking the earth and he shelled out $11+ per pound for carne asade. We're eating it tonight for family dinner - I'll post more after!

La Herradero Meat Market on Lake Mead is hands down one of the best local spots around! The quality of their meats is top-notch — always fresh, well-trimmed, and full of flavor. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. The marinated meats are especially great for grilling — super flavorful and ready to go.

The staff are friendly and helpful every time I visit. They’ll cut or prep exactly how you want, and they always make good recommendations if you’re trying something new. The store itself is clean, organized, and has a great selection of authentic Mexican products and spices to go with your meal.
