Festival Supermarket - North Lauderdale — Local services in North Lauderdale

Today I went shopping to festival supermarket formerly known as sedanos for some lemon. When I went to the register to pay the lady at the register told me I could not buy more more than 30 lemons and so they didn't want sell me more than 30 lemons that there was a limit 30 lemons per person. This is the first time in all these years I've been leaving in this country that a store put a limit as to the amount of lemons a person can purchase. I spoke to the manager and he said, he had to do it to help families that's why the limit. I told the manager which he said was from Dominican republic that, that was adsurd that we weren't in Cuba venezuela Or nicaragua or any other communist regime. manager said supposedly it was to help families when in reality they know all they care about is business. So I ended up bringing my son and daughter so I can have more lemons which makes no sense since the company will make its profit either way if it sell may lemons to a person or have 30 limits per person. at the end of the day they still make their profit either way. Their policy is stupid cause they said they do it to help families yet I could have come back the same day and buy more lemons and then go home again come back again and buy more lemons. what are they gonna say you been here before and already got your 30 lemons...

This place was better off as Sedano’s festival flea market is very overpriced for a Latino store. I prefer to go to Key foods which is a lot cheaper and better produce, and better prices. A lot of their items canned goods are expired. They don’t bother to take them off the shelf And a lot of them R more expensive than Publix. I do enjoy the baked bread they have every day and I only go there to buy produce which Is more expensive than all their surrounding stores around hopefully they can...

Great local supermarket, great prices for meat and the quality is great. The beef looks marbled, the chicken is cheap. The quality of the fruits and veggies are always Greta and plantains are always in a deal. Very limited options for beers. They have a deli and also fresh hot food where you can buy ready made food during the day. Which is also good. Fast checkouts alway and fairly clean inside! I...
