I should have written this last week but after posting a recent review and reading..Jared Taibl's own experience, I thought this needed to be said. Last week I had to return a package for reshipping due to the senders mistake. I thought that maybe I had to pay for taping the package to be resent, which i was kind of expecting. After turning in the package for reshipping, the associate which was an older Caucasian women, said that will be 2 dollars for taping the package. Mind you, there is a BIG sign next to the register to all customers stating 1$ for tapping. I said, because I was standing right next to the sign, isn't taping a $1. She said no, because she had to tape the package with 3 small pieces of tape. I said the sign says $1.. When I said i think that i have to talk to the manager because of false advertisement, she changed her tune REAL quick. This place is HORRIBLE and have employees who are false advertisers...Question for Google..... when will there be a negative star section, because some places like THIS,...

The folks here are quite extraordinary, and the level of communication is nothing short of spectacular. I'm often on the road, and I always know that my needs are met with just one phone call, wherever I may be. If this crew tells you they'll take care of something, believe me, it's taken care of...promptly, efficiently, and correctly.
The crew is led by Tifanie, Ash, Sebastian, Jason and Robert. All are courteous, professional and well versed at making all shipping needs run as quickly and smoothly as possible.

I rushed over to get there at 3.01 he locked the door I'm there holding the baby and the box and he wouldn't just take my package to scan in. 2 seconds . This is why customer service is so important, why brick and mortar businesses lose business to giants like amazon ,temu and shien . Because these companies don't have customer service issues like this. Ruin my whole damn day. Had to drive to another ups with my baby to drop my package. I was going to do signs and printing here, not anymore !!! did it with amazon. Cheaper, no customer service to deal with and prime ,it's delivered in 3 days to my door. Your need to train employees about first impressions. Bc they are there still getting paid and not servicing...
