Customer service sucks. The employees started arguing with each other and the lady who was doing my feet, stopped to argue. The lady that did my pedicure was not paying attention to what she was doing and cut my precious big toe. She was arguing with a co-worker. She did not cut my nails straight and short. She made my nails choppy. Didn't paint my whole nails, and the clear coat was off… She grabbed my debit card, and asked for a tip. AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN PUT MY SANDALS BACK ON!!! I was supposed to do a manicure and get my eyebrows, but I didn't want to go to a wedding with one eyebrow straight and the other curved. Just like the other lady's eyebrows came out. I felt bad for her. NEVER AGAIN!!! VERY DISSATISFIED!! I will stick to my regular nail salon D'Amour Nails on 441 and Kimberly. Best...

Online hours and door hours aren’t the same.. Online day 8am they are opened but once I arrived at 9am, noticed the door said 10am they open… They didn’t open the salon until 10:30am.. smh… Tammy did an awesome job on my finger nails and apologized many time for arriving late.. But when it came t getting my toes done!. I’ll never have any of the other elderly people do my toes!. My polish came out horrible!. And I was to annoyed already to bother with them.. But I know I’ll never get my toe polished there ever again. As far as for my fingers Tammy can do them any day.. Just annoyed that I paid 30 or 40$ for my toes for them to look how...

HORRIBLE! I mean just horrible. When I came in the place there was on person there but after me these two ladies come in and the lady tech said that they can go sit here or there and then they went to go get there nails done after I told her that if it was okay if I went to go sit done across the room then she said no you have to wait your turn and then a long tiny fight I went and sat done in the nail seat the man never that did my nails he cleaned under my nails he kept poking me until I bleed it was horrible and they want to make your nails how ever...
