Smiths's Appliance has the best customer service we have ever experienced. We have been a customer over the years and now Will Be a customer for life! We purchased an upright freezer from Smiths and 6 months past the warranty the condenser stopped working. When we recognized the problem the food was already getting soft. Not only did they come diagnose the problem the same day we called, but Smiths brought us a brand new freezer the next day at NO Charge! Smiths truly care about their customers!

We needed a new dishwasher and Smith’s Appliance was there to help us! They were so easy to work with. They delivered the new dishwasher and installed everything. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. They even helped to fix a plumbing issue with my sink. They are reasonably priced and offer high quality customer service. I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase new appliances!

To say I am very pleased is an understatement! Their service is above the top from the moment you walk through the door wanting to purchase, to delivery and beyond. Their team is amazing any questions I had walking in were answered and they help guide you when your up in the air and comparing different units they offer, very knowledgeable when it comes to GE products they know exactly what they are selling you. We did there “holiday bundle” around Christmas for our new home and absolutely love everything that was included in the deal. Not to mention it was a very good price!! SMITH'S APPLIANCE IS #1!!!!!!!!

I realized my refrigerator was not working, and immediately thought of Isaiah at Smith’s Appliances. As soon as I reached out to Isaiah, he responded immediately and was more than happy to help. His upbeat and friendly personality made the whole experience completely stress free. Within hours, Isaiah and his team were delivering a new refrigerator to me! Not to mention, he got rid of the old one for me as well!!

I can not say enough good things about Smith’s Appliance. This is a genuine, hard-working family, and you will not regret working with them! I look forward to visiting Smiths Appliance for my next big appliance purchase!

I could not wait to post a review. The guy at Smith's Appliance made my day! I was one day away from leaving for vacation when my refrigerator started making a horrible noise. After diagnosing the problem, I needed a circulation fan for the freezer. Although Smith's doesn't carry my refrigerator brand I asked if they could possibly cross reference the fan motor. Guy said no problem. I brought in my fan, he cross referenced the motor and gave me one! Then he helped me further by showing me how to get the fan blade off and swap out the wire connection. He even gave me three wire nuts! There is little doubt where I will buy my next appliance. This was NEXT LEVEL...
