David came and made a repair to our microwave and told me it was probably going to be temporary as he would have to replace the door switches. He said to call him and he would order the switches and put them in if I had any problems. He also said he was going to be quitting soon because he did all the work and he couldn't stand the owner anymore as he was a drunk and not a good person. Okay, whatever. The microwave quit after a week and I called him back and he had left the company. The owner Jimmy said he would get the part and fix it but never did and after 6 or 8 weeks of calling and asking when he was going to fix it he told me to go F myself and get the G - damn thing fixed somewhere else. The new owner Edward is amazing - my icemaker stopped working (not an emergency for many, but for me it was!) he came over very quickly and fixed it within minutes!! Very well mannered, polite and knowledgeable.. while he was here he was able to remove most of a bit 'dent' in the top of my dryer as well!!...
