WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! The technician arrived 10-15 mins. late to our appointment. She made no apology or even introduced herself to me, a new client, and she was sending and receiving text messages. She asked what I wanted, and I told her my nails had a dip treatment I would like removed and replaced. She dremmeled the tops of two nails, set aside the dremmel, and began clipping my nails with toenail scissors. When I asked why she was cutting my natural nails vertically to the quick, she replied she was going to apply tips. I didn't need/want tips, I HAD nails. Tech answers phone call on her cell. I stood up, and told her, we're not doing this. I asked to speak to the manager. She was not in, but did return my call at the end of the business day. I told her exactly what occurred, and her response was, "You're not being very nice, so what can I do for you?" I was upset and recounted the events; I did not yell, curse, etc. Am I expected to make a complaint in a happy voice? What you can do for me is NOTHING ever again. As for others, I suggest you get a nail tech who knows what...

I did not ask for anything unusual. My hair already had some highlights and I wanted to bring them more around my face. She was unsure from the very beginning about what to do. She seemed very confused by what I was asking and really didn’t know what she was doing. The highlights she put in were unevenly distributed both in where she placed the foils and how much product went on the strands. My highlights are a range of yellow to brassy orange. (I have dark brunette hair naturally.) When she was all finished she said, “well, I think it’s okay?” It was not okay. I ended up having to tone it at home because she didn’t want to take the time for that step. I do not want to say her name because I don’t really want to throw her under the bus. I share this review just to make anyone aware that is considering this salon that you should make sure you know the individual stylist that you are going to go see. There is no guaranteed high quality of service...

I had a bad experience calling around to other salons last week because they gave me attitude about fixing my at home dye job and treated me like I was an inconvenience; they also quoted me prices I was not expecting (keep in mind that I have not been to a real salon in YEARS) and acted snobby when I reacted. Finally, I called Artistic Hair and they were amazing! The owner answered the phone and was happy to schedule me THAT DAY with no problems and a happy attitude. They were also almost the same price as all the other salons that were rude to me, but I was happy to pay them because they did an amazing job! Tascia was my stylist and I am literally in awe of her! My hair has been a hot mess for a while now and in one day she transformed it! I am so happy that I found you guys! See you in a few weeks...
