Crumbl — Restaurant in North Ogden

I would like to share the frustration about the north Ogden location always being out of mini cookies always in the evening hours, first time I wasn’t going to say anything then next few times happened was still frustrating yes the works have asked if they can do 1 big cookie to 4 small cookies which I’m not doing specially when I’m buying these for groups or kids and each one is for someone. Tonight on 6/2 same thing happen again placed another 12pack mini order and once again OUT of all mini cookies its even more frustrating when the workers should be telling people walking into the door they are out so we don’t even place a order. If you want anything specific you might as well go before 5pm no matter what I don’t even know why you stay open tell 10pm if u don’t even have the inventory and aren’t making anymore. Don’t...

I've been frequenting the crumbl stores for a while now and I've always found the north ogden store to be, just ok. Compared to the Riverdale crumbl which is usually delicious. Tonight was sadly my breaking point with this store as I was given a very sad and mushy blueberry muffin cookie. I couldn't eat it because of the raw and doughy texture. I had one earlier this week from the Riverdale store and it was wonderful. The sad part is is that when I went back to ask about it, I was show and told that's how all of their muffin cookies had turned out. Now it's not an issue with the staff being accomodatioing by any means, I was given a new cookie which was really nice. I got a chocolate chip because I dont think that can be messed up really. Cookies good. Pick up order experience not so much. This was my first time trying Crumbl, I placed an online order for 6 cookies and arrived about 25 min. later. I went right to a counter labeled 'pick up' then stood there awkwardly as none of the workers addressed me but instead looked passed me to serve customer after customer who had ordered after I got there. Finally as the server was handing an order to yet another walk in order I said 'I have a pick up order for Summer' then she rolled her eyes at me! Said 'just a minute' and then packed my order.
