Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in North Ogden

AWFUL experience!! AWFUL service!! Me and my friends (all under 18 by the way) went in to get 1 pepperoni pizza, 1 cheese pizza, and 1 crazy bread, nothing much, nothing special. We were told there would be a 20 minute wait (it was a friday so there was a line and lots of online orders). Fast forward- we ended up waiting 30 minutes before getting suspicious, so we went to the front counter to see if it was almost done. We were told it would be done in 5 minutes and that it just "needed to be sliced". Fast forward again 15 minutes... My mom came in to check why we were taking so long (she was waiting in the car), we told her what happened, she was fed up (we were too), so she went to the front counter and basically said what we said (aka mentioning how we've been waiting for a long time, and how were told an expectation that was NOT met). Just like magic, our pizzas + crazy bread was ready. It's almost like they didn't take us seriously since we were kids... I could be wrong, but the timing seems very suspicious... Also, I understand they were busy, but there were several people who went in after us (ADULTS, might I add) who got their orders WAAAY before us (also, a lot of them had double pizzas and double crazy bread). I tried to be understanding but this was seriously unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Definitely not going back, or if I do I'll do an online orders because clearly they prioritize those. Although, the food was mediocre anyways, so probably won't be heading...

I've been visiting this establishment many times over the years, and this location is always hit or miss. This last time, tho they couldn't even get the right pizza in the right box. I understand it was New years Eve, one of the busy nights for pizza locations, but they really dropped the ball. I ordered 4 pizzas over the phone and then ordered one on the app as I had a $50 gift card I was going to use. The online app doesn't accept gift cards... or it's operator error on my part. Either way, the pizza was ordered at 4:45 pm over the phone. I was told it would be 30 minutes. Granted on New years Eve, I figured it would take a little longer. I then ordered online at 5 pm. My online order was completed at 5:30 pm. It was also wrong, but given the number of people waiting in line, I didn't want to argue. The over the phone order wasn't done until 5:50 pm. I had plenty of time to have them fix it. Long story short, the 2 people working the counter were amazing. The folks cooking in the back were not. Pizzas were not being cooked in order. Orders were getting screwed up. The wait time was horrible, and they got my order wrong.

I wish this was an isolated incident due to the holidays, but I've been a victim of incompetence from this location more often than not.

Extremely displeased with this location and the staff. I placed an order for my 3yo’s birthday party 2 weeks in advance for 8 pizzas and crazy bread (including paid in advance so I could walk in and out). Yet when I arrived to pick it up it wasn’t ready. The kid,Jordan, cutting pizzas was saying “I don’t care” and that the Hawaiian pizzas that already came out of the oven were for other orders. As a former manager of a pizza restaurant, it was very frustrating to hear that if 8 pizzas went into the oven for my order, how did those 8 pizzas get divided up for Jack and Jill’s orders that were placed AFTER mine with only 1 or 2 pizzas? Why did I have to wait, and overhear his unprofessional comments about how my order not being ready wasn’t his fault or responsibility to ensure it was completed timely? They even printed the ticket so that their times wouldn’t go over expected time frame. It was no longer on the screen so the other members had to keep asking “where’s this___”. Every time Grant went to check on my order he was talked down to by Jordan, also very unprofessional. Customers who ordered after I walked in, received their orders before me.
