I want my money back! I understand when the headliner gets sick. 100% ok. Where I draw a HARD LINE is when the staff blocks people from coming back into the stands due to "weather" but allows certain women back up but they keep me from getting back to my 10 year old and 12 year old. They even blocked an extremely pregnant lady from sitting down. No excuses, just completely smart a** comments. I paid for the seats. The concert was still going while they were stopping people from going to their seats. After I missed multiple songs they finally let us back in. My kids were upset that I was gone for 45 minutes and were wondering if I was coming back. Someone owes me an explanation, an apology and a refund. Not to mention the gas money for driving 250 miles and the cost of my air b&b...

Great lineup even if it got cut short due to weather!! Biggest issue was that we purchased 4 tickets for seats and there was room for only 2 people!!! People were not friendly or courteous in regards to making room. Security was Awesome ( Star) was very helpful but there didn’t seem to be protocol for what to do and no ushers to be found....as I said she was very helpful with what she could do. Being visually impaired it was frustrating to have paid for a seat only to not be able to Ave the seat I paid for. I spent a lot of time seat hopping which was difficult due to my vision. My church volunteered on Family Night at the bounce houses. It was awesome seeing all the families. The only thing I could complain about were the food truck prices.
