Sheri, Lisa and Jimmy are all so amazing! They are inviting, knowledgeable and honest; all the qualities you look for in a jeweler. My fiancé, Kyle, and I have been going to the Jewelry Vault for many years now and Kyle purchased my engagement ring here which is beyond stunning and exactly what I wanted to say the least. I had originally gone in with my Pinterest board of rings I thought I liked, I showed Sheri and she pulled out all sorts of rings that matched my board but I wasn’t thrilled. She asked if she could show me her favorite ring in the store and I said absolutely! She pulled out this gorgeous 2 qt center stoned, princess cut halo raised engagement ring and I was sold. The center stone was a bit big for me, but they knew exactly how to make it what I wanted. Fast forward to last week when Kyle and I went in to purchase our wedding bands and we both found what we wanted instantly. Jimmy flashed a new men’s line that Lisa and I had been talking about for months, and instantly I liked one of them, walked away to allow Kyle to have a look for himself and let Jimmy walk him through all of the styles, and ironically enough he picked the same ring I did, a ring made out of metiorite. Yup, metiorite, it’s one of kind and not one ring is ever made the same. Needless to say we were in and out, felt extremely comfortable with our forever purchases and are so happy that we keep flashing pictures of our rings to our friends and family. I went in to have 3 rings resized and a diamond ring reset into a necklace. While I was there I was helped by Bianca and Lisa, who advised me on all of my options and determined that I only needed 2 of the 3 rings resized. Additionally, they worked with me to perfect the setting and chain for the diamond necklace based on a conversation about my preferences and how I intended to wear the necklace. The rings and necklace came out beautifully and I’m so pleased!

Additionally, after a lengthy lesson about the current diamond market in 2024, I ended up purchasing a 5 stone diamond band. Bianca and Lisa patiently worked with me to get the ring exactly as I wanted it and the pricing was very fair. I can’t wait to pick it up when it’s ready!

Everything about working with the Jewelry Vault was seamless and a truly genuine experience! I reached out to Lisa and Bianca after I decided to propose on a trip to Italy I had planned with my fiancé. Every phone call and Email from that day on was a breeze.
