Unicorn Cake
A 3 to 4 layer cake of any flavor from my menu! The cake layers can be colored differently. Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream is spread between the layers and on the outside of the cake and decorated with a brightly colored Vanilla Swiss Meringue and sprinkles. Horn and ears are non-edible and will be ordered and added to the overall cost, so you may keep them! Price depends on Cake Size (6 inch diameter or 8 inch), if you'd like different sized tiers, decorations, and ingredients. Inquire for options!
Golden Truffle Cake
This cake is made with butter, 60% bittersweet chocolate, light brown sugar and almond flour, so it's gluten-free. It has a brownie-like texture and is topped with chocolate orange buttercream, ganache and handmade chocolates, filled with your choice of mousse or fruit filling. Finished with edible gold dust. Pictured: 6 inch, 2 layer cake.
Chocolate And Raspberry Gelatin Art Cake
This cake is layered with Vanilla Sponge brushed with Kirsch Syrup, Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Mousse, Vanilla Glaze, and topped with a dome of raspberry-flavored gelatin, with colored gelatin vanilla-flavored decorations. Wrapped in band of 60% bittersweet chocolate and adorned with stabilized whipped cream, it's a perfect gift for a special occasion. A yummy work of art! Pink Champagne Cake
A scrumptious cake made with a Pink Moscato and Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. It tastes like Hopes & Dreams! Finished with Edible Pink Luster Dust. Pictured: 6 inch 3 layer cake
Vanilla Is Heaven Cake
A four layered, buttery vanilla cake moistened with vanilla syrup. Sandwiched in between the layers is a silky delicious Swiss Meringue Buttercream. On the outside? It's flavored with Black Currant in luxurious rosettes and decorated with edible luster dust and dragees. An indulgence! Pictured: 6 inch, 4 layers (recipe can be reduced)

A tender sponge and light, fluffy buttercream - pumpkin-y, spice filled, and with the perfect hint of espresso! And the finish was absolutely lovely! Lydian was super communicative and pleasant to interact with - ordering & delivery were easy and efficient. She also offers a variety of cake flavors and styles and can handles so many food allergies and requests. I cannot wait to order another cake for a family gather or special occassion!

If you’re looking for a custom cake unique for your event that tastes amazing, this is where to go! From the start, Lydian was responsive and kind and helped me choose a blend of designs from a few pictures for a custom cake. She pulled elements from each to make it unique for our event. She suggested certain flavor pairings which ended up being a huge hit and tasted so much better than a store bought cake. But besides the amazing came, working with Lydian was by far my favorite part of the process. She adjusted her schedule so that she could deliver the cake to me which ended up being over an hour drive for her, and she emailed me updates every few days to assure me we were on track. I ordered a cake from Lydian as a treat to serve on Christmas Day. Both I and my family agreed that it was the best cake ever. I am not exaggerating - Lydian’s cake is truly the best I’ve ever had.

I ordered a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and chocolate ganache. The cake was perfectly moist and incredibly rich, yet not overwhelming. Every person who planned on just “trying” the cake ended up gobbling up an entire piece. I served it to both family and friends - and not a single person left any on their plate.

I seriously cannot recommend Big Fat Cakes by Lydian enough. Don’t even think about it, just order from her! Everyone at your gathering will be blown away. Or just eat it all yourself. It’s...
