This is supposed to be a zero star review but thanks to one of your employee Sam Taylor who is the only one who knows how to communicate and cascade information professionally I give y'all at least 2 stars.

I ordered an item from this company and initially I was advised 1week Lead time. I ordered since it will be just in time for the job i need to get done but while expecting the package the following week I get an email saying we need to charge you more cause the price changed (I was supposed to receive this package around this time) and the following day another email was sent saying that the ship date is August 8th. I called and spoke to someone about this issue and I was supposed to receive a call from customer service no one reached out. I called 2-3 times to follow up on this customer service call no one ever got back to me.

I spoke to Sam and explained what is happening and how this is not what I was expecting to transpire when I choose to do business with this company. Today I called to cancel this order since it is not needed in August, after an hour I received an email saying your delivery date has been changed to August 1st. So I called again and this time I only wanted to talk to Sam he assured me that he will cancel this order.

I cannot recommend RSP Supply enough! Justin and the entire team are absolute lifesavers.
