Vape Avenue, has always been very customer service oriented and very close to my home. I spend quite a lot of money monthly with this business and always had a nice experience shopping there. Unfortunately tonight I will never go back after I kindly allowed 2 customers to be assisted before me to help 2 customers who came in after me so he wouldnāt get behind on his check-out line. After he helped those customers he told me to take my Smok over to the gas station across from he street to use a pair of pliers to get the old tank off my vape because 3 other customers came in and he shoved me aside after I waited patiently and kindly for him . He should never send a customer away and have the tools on hand for the inventory he sells! All other vape stores Assist customers with these simple tasks! because he failed me as a paying customer, I left and took my business elsewhere. Iām sure the owner would be absolutely upset knowing I was there to buy 2 new $40 tanks , 3 bottles of juices and 4-5 disposable puffers and 3 new glassware itemsā¦So my tab would have been well over $160.00 easy and the sale walked right out the door. It's worth noting that the employees seem cool, I just feel bad they have the misfortune of working for someone with a napolean complex, worse than that of Gary Coleman. The salesperson did not know how to answer some questions and kicked it off to a group chat. The price was unknown until the group texted back, he didn't know why the box was open, and did not know anything about the competing brands. He was nice, but I have been to stores where the employees are a wealth of knowledge and can give advice and recommendations.
