By far the worst patient service I’ve seen in a healthcare facility; and Covid is not a valid excuse. Waited over an hour to see a provide and more that 35 minutes before I was even checked-in by the receptionist with 1 other person in the waiting room. And the list continues… was referred for a chest x-ray and was told I had to be seen by their provider first, while waiting over an hour to be seen I was then told I would have to come back tomorrow to receive X-ray ā€œbecause the technician went home early and they’re short staffedā€. Apparently quality patient care is not a priority but collecting copay is!

My experience the day of wasn't terrible. Although when I decided to call back for a bill breakdown as I didn't understand it according to the physical bill I received, The Manager Joan or however you spell/say her name was very abrasive and rude to say the least. All she kept telling me was that bill was for the overall visit that day. One column Read a total of 675.00, the next was 58.36 and then it claimed that I owed 195.02 in which I was trying to make sense of. I have no problem paying for the services rendered, Just wanted a simple breakdown before submitting a payment. This lady was absolutely no help and very contestant on every question I had and would continuously circle talk me. She also accused me of "yelling at her" Numerous times, so after the fourth or fifth time, I decided to show her what it sounds like when I yell. Right after I yelled from Frustration of being accused of yelling, She then Hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else at a different location and was given a bill breakdown and made my payment with ease. After I called back to ask to speak to a supervisor in order to file a formal complaint, I was given the run around told that there was no supervisor available. Then the girl I was speaking with wanted to give me an Email address to file the complaint, That wasn't enough for me as I wanted to speak to someone and get this issue resolved for her poor reflection of this office. Then the girl I was speaking with asked me to hold on and Joan or whatever her name was got back onto the phone to assure me she was the Manager. I simply told her I spoke to someone else and got the bill break down that I was looking for without conflict on my next call. Then I proceeded to inform her I was calling back to file a complaint on her. At this time her response to me was "I'm the manager and my boss never comes here." So all In all, I hope this review makes its way up to the owner to shine a light on this employee as she should value her clients/customers and do better at being helpful when they call or inquire about things.

So yes, I in fact yelled to let her hear what it sounds like from me yelling vs talking with her. Said employee also couldn’t give a simple bill breakdown as to what I was being charged for specifically and kept saying ā€œfor your over all visitā€! Such a great breakdown. Crazy that I spoke to someone in Pawtucket that has nothing to do with this practice and they gave me a detailed breakdown as said employee ā€œManagerā€ at that...

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY doctors office. Dr Joe was the rudest doctor I’ve ever met. I tried to ask him a question about the medication he wanted to put me on, and he cut me off and told me to ā€œlet him finishā€ with attitude, despite the fact he was rambling ever since he walked into the room and I never was given the chance to speak/ask questions. He was using medical terms I did not understand, so of course I had questions. I did not go to med school. I had to ask the same question several times because he wouldn’t give me a straight answer. He was extremely condescending after that, and again barely let me speak. He then told me a nurse would be coming in to give me an injection. The nurse walked in with a pill, and just told me to ā€œput it under my toungeā€ without telling me what it was, which confused me because Dr Joe told me she was coming in to give me an injection. Then the nurse walked out of the room while I was in the middle of trying to talk to her, came back with the injection, even though I still didn’t know what it was in the syringe . Finally they told me zofran and I explained I usually have bad reactions to zofran. It’s not an allergy, but my stomach just doesn’t agree with it. Then the nurse asked me which pharmacy to send the scripts too (one of them being oral zofran) and I told her my pharmacy was listed in the forms I JUST filled out and handed to them. She then exited the room, came back with the doctor (instead of just checking my forms) and now Dr. Joe was asking me the same question, to which I told him it’s in my forms I just filled out. He got extremely rude once again with me and said ā€œcan you just tell me what your pharmacy isā€, to send me the prescription I JUST told the nurse I don’t do well with. I took both my kids to the urgent Care 2 days ago and was there long enough to watch two movies on my phone while I was waiting in my truck when it was owned by a different person it was nice because I was able to walk in and tell them my name or my kids name and they would have it on file now every time I go there I have to email them the medical cards every time my father had to go there with my son today because he was worse they sent him packing because they said they didn't have a note from me but I sent them an email with a note and copies of their medical cards he told them that they said they didn't have an email my father calls me tells me I call them back and tell them that I sent the email they said they didn't get it so I sent it again the exact same message and they got it at the time my father was the first one there he was there a half hour early so that way he would be seen faster but now he went there for 9:00 it is now 12:35 and they still are not back they are still there for a simple cold because the damn schools require a doctor's note for a simple cold this is BS I won't be going there and I will tell everybody in my family not to go there and my better half family not to go there it is a joke that takes too long the young girl doctor was very nice and sweet the ladies at the front desk we're not helpful to my father at all an elderly person that walks with a cane save yourself the time and go to Lincoln or Cumberland I will...
